NCSAPD trainees denied certificates
Some youth of the South region who took part in the 2-month training organized by the National Civic Service Agency for Participation in Development, NCSAPD, did not receive end-of-training certificates on Tuesday 2 September 2014, during the certificate award ceremony organized at the regional college of agriculture in Ebolowa.

According to the regional head of NCSAPD in Ebolowa, the youths were discarded from the group due to indiscipline and consumption of hard drugs marijuana.
However, 362 of the initial 400 trainees received their certificates at the end of the training. The training ran from July to September.
The youths aged between 17 to 21 years who undertook the training were drawn from the four divisions of the South region. They were trained in fields such as first aid, citizenship, civic protection, environmental protection and culture.
After receiving their end-of-training certificates the happy laureates took a solemn pledge to be model citizens and to serve as examples to their peers in society.
The trainings by the NCSAPD were organized in all the 10 regions of the country.
