Sen. Mbella Moki hails Konye Mayor’s dev’t drive
Senator Mbella Moki congratulates Mayor Barrister
Musima George for a Job well done
Former Mayor of Buea, Senator Mbella Moki Charles on Friday last week paid a courtesy visit to the Mayor of the Konye, Barrister Geoge Musima Lobe. Senator Mbella made the stop-over on his way to Mamfe to attend the funeral of Professor Peter Agbor Tabi.
After his brief audience with the Mayor, Senator Mbella Moki told the press he was proud of the Mayor for the marvelous job he is doing at the Konye council. He described Mayor Musima as a most vibrant and dynamic Mayor who has brought meaningful development to Konye Municipality.
Senator Mbella Moki Charles disclosed that as a Senator he represents the entire Region. He ceased the opportunity to thank the Konye Councilors for giving him their votes during the senatorial elections in 2013.

He maintained that there’s no reason why he shouldn’t find time to visit the council area and have a frank talk with the Mayor, give him advice on how he can take the council a step further in terms of development and of course share his rich experience with him especially given that he was mayor of Buea for two consecutive mandates.
Senator Mbella Moki hailed the Konye Mayor as a man who matches his words with action, saying that in so short a time in office the Mayor has been able to achieve a lot.
Senator said because he personally knows Barrister Musima and what he is capable of doing, he can state without fear of contradiction that the mayor will take Konye Council to higher heights.
He exhorted the Mayor to do more in the domains of Water and electricity provision, and rehabilitation of roads. He promised to be always available for the council whenever his attention is needed.
