ACMAR Media Group awards scholarships to UBa students

The CEO of ACMAR Media Group, Bony Dashaco, 40, has pledged a three-year scholarship program for the outstanding students in the University of Bamenda, UBa.
                The scholarship program amounting to FCFA 100.000 per recipient annually will be renewed every three years.
                Bony Dashaco announced th010e scholarship program while attending the 7th matriculation ceremony of UBa recently.
                The 40-year old communications guru also announced plans to create a radio station in UBa. He said the doors of his worldwide media enterprise will be opened for communication students from UBa to come and do internship.

                The donations in UBa fall within the framework of Bony Dashaco’s plans to create at least 1000 young entrepreneurs in Cameroon and Africa by 2010.
                It should be recalled that only weeks ago, Bony Dashaco was listed 9th among 100 successful young African entrepreneurs who are likely to make Africa’s future.
                The widely travelled Journalism and Mass Communication Graduate of the University of Buea, owns apart from his continent-wide advertising firm, several radio stations. He plans to launch a Pan-African TV and a Bank.
