Paul AtangaNji here pronounces his installation address
The head of the permanent divisional delegation for Mezam in the North West region, Paul AtangaNji who doubles as Minister in charge of special duties at the presidency and Permanent Secretary of the Security Council has installed the different section presidents of the party in Mezam that were elected during the reorganization of basic organs of the party in 2015.
After their own installation by the CPDM Central Committee Secretary General Jean Kuete, in a colourful ceremony at the Bamenda Congress on 22 June 2016, comrade Paul AtangaNji and members of the “dynamic team” he is heading wasted no time to start working.
The series of installations that started with Bali on 24 June, ended with Bafut on 26 June 2016 with the CPDM, WCPDM and YCPDM section presidents and members of their executive not only installed but given guidelines on how to effectively carry out the activities of the party in their respective sections.
While commissioning Raymond DingaGwanyalla and his team in Bali, H. E. Paul AtangaNji congratulated them for the accomplishments of the party in their section which he said prompted the Chairman of the Party, Paul Biya to reward them by appointing one of theirs to head the Customs department in Cameroon.
Raymond Gwanyalla while welcoming the delegates promised that they will consolidate CPDM presence in Bali and pleaded with President Paul Biya through Paul AtangaNji to raise Bali to a division.
In Tubah Paul AtangaNji encouraged Prof. Peter Abety and his team to redouble their efforts in converting more militants into the CPDM party.

On his part, Prof Peter Abety saluted the dynamism of the Mezam permanent divisional delegation of the CPDM and also thanked the National President of the CPDM for choosing Tubah as the host of the University of Bamenda.
He revealed that the Fons of Tubah have unanimously allocated 223 hectares of land without compensation to the University of Bamenda for the effective development of the university, which is now popularly referred to as the “University of the Future”.
In Mezam I B, Mezam 1 C and Santa, Paul AtangaNji prescribed togetherness, love and hard work to Cletus AnyeMatoya, Ngante Martin and Fru Jonathan and their respective teams, as a panacea for maintaining CPDM supremacy in Mezam that happens to be the birth place of the CPDM.
He opined that the CPDM has virtually done everything for Cameroon most especially as she has brought stability, peace, unity, democracy and development to the country.
In Mezam 1 A at the MendakweFon’s Palace just like in Bafut at the Bujong hall where Taniform Peter Ngwa and Prince Mbonifor Kennedy where given the command baton, the euphoria was total as the militants welcomed their permanent Delegates.
Here, Paul AtangaNji called on the population to reinforce their unwavering support to the head of state and party chieftain, Paul Biya.
“We have to consolidate the electoral base of the party and the head of state, H.E President Paul Biya is very clear about this. The Section Presidents are the people who run the party at the base and they have been empowered to reorganize the party at the base; they have been empowered to work hand in hand with the Mayors, Parliamentarians and Senators so that CPDM will continue to win big. And they have to be prepared for any future elections whenever they are called” he noted, reiterating that the permanent delegates were there only to support and supervise party activities.
The installation ritual in all the sections in Mezam ended with working sessions wherein the section executives were given practical guidelines on how to run the party.
