Work has been brought to a halt at the CDC robber factory in Laduma, Kumba III Sub-Division in Meme Division. This was after some unknown gunmen attacked the factory chasing away the workers. Concordant reports said some properties including cars were destroyed.
This happened barely a week after serious confrontations were recorded in Malende and Laduma, between the military and gunmen believed to be elements of the Ambazonia restoration forces on Thursday 7 June 2018. The gun battle led to the death of one uniform officer.
