Support to the Head of State:


The People of Kupe Muanenguba Division
“We, the people of KupeMuanenguba Division in the South West Region, hereby represented by Traditional Rulers and Notables, CPDM Party Leaders, Internal and External Elites from Bangem, Nguti and Tombel Subdivisions, meeting today.
-              Mindful of Decree No 2019/001 of 4 January 2019 appointing Chief Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute to the prestigious position of Prime Minister, head of Government;
-              Cognizant of the fact that the President of the Republic has always manifested his constant trust in the people of KupeMuanengube by appointing sons and daughters of the Division to important and strategic positions in public office, as manifested this time again by the reappointment of our no less illustrious son, Mr. Elung Paul CHE to the coveted post of Minister Assistant Secretary General at the presidency of the Republic.
Hereby:
                Heartily thank His Excellency for appointing an illustrious son of the South West region, in the person of Chief, Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute as Prime Minister and Head of Government of the Republic of Cameroon;
                Reaffirm our total, unconditional and unshakable support to His Excellency’s endeavours to restore lasting peace and security in the regions of the South West and North West.

                Pledge our total loyalty and unalloyed support to His Excellency and the institutions He incarnates; Implore God Almighty to bless and protect His Excellency and His entire family, grant Him wisdom, excellent health and fortitude to steer our dear nation to the safe habours of emergence, so dear to Cameroonians.”
