Sources say
the money was provided by the MINFOF for trees-planting on the Southern Bakundu
Forest Reserve in 2013 and was made available only towards the end of the year,
during the transition between the former and the present mayors. Interestingly,
neither Ekale Mukete nor his successor, Ebako Abel Ndoh has accepted ever
managing the funds.

The Meme
Divisional Delegate for Forestry and Wildlife, Enow Kenneth Eyong is yet to
come to terms with authorities of the Kumba 1 council, following the alleged
disappearance of the sum of FCFA 10 million at the council’s coffers. The money
was the council’s allocation from the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife,
M.I.N.F.O.F in 2013, for the planting of trees in a portion of the Southern
Bakundu Forest Reserve (S.B.F.R) that is jointly owned by the Kumba 1 Council
and the Mbonge Council.
Enow Kenneth told The Median
that he understands that the first disbursement of FCFA 5 million came in
November 2013. However, Enow maintained that he was at a loss as to whether the
funds were managed by the former Mayor, Prince Ekalle Mukete or the new S.D.F Mayor,
Ebako Abel Ndoh.

Acknowledging that other
councils like the Mbonge and Konye Councils that also received similar amounts
have since planted the trees as required, the MINFOF Delegate speculated that
the funds for Kumba 1 Council might have been embezzled.
Enow said he was confounded the
more because each time he presented the matter to the Meme administrative
hierarchy they either shunned him or simply asked him to keep cool, promising
that the matter would be handled. He recalled that during the last budgetary
session of the Kumba 1 Council early this year, he drew the Meme S.D.O’s
attention to the matter in the presence of the former Mayor, Ekalle Mukete. But
the SDO only asked him to stay calm as usual. He said Prince Ekalle Mukete for
his part, instead asked him to apologize to him for insinuating that he had
embezzled the money.
For
his part, the new Mayor of the council, Ebako Abel Ndoh, has simply washed his
hands off the matter. Ebako evoked the alibi that the money was used up long
before he was ever installed into office as mayor.
Some
workers of the M.I.N.F.O.F delegation who spoke to The Median on grounds of
anonymity said they got information that the money came at the dying minutes of
the former council management and was hurriedly shared out among some top
ranking personalities in the Meme administration who were stakeholders in the
management of the funds. We were told that the Meme Divisional Delegate of
MINFOF was offered the sum of FCFA 200.000 as his own share of the “free money”
but he turned it down for fear of “Epervier”. When we tried to find out from
the delegate if the allegation was true he said neither yes nor no. Enow
Kenneth instead cautioned us to do our investigation professionally.
In life many have they reasons of composing moral and political ideology to enable the nation to more forward for development and financially growths as well. What reasons a person put its have an effect of balance that can only be control by an intelligent person with a simple heart of faith and understanding in the case' will have the upper hand to change the stand he/she might had put for instance to control the minds of the populist in good faith and life of prosperity But since we are human will keep on judging others without clue and doing that , the truth find it very difficult to be exposed at the end innocent lives are been destroyed and damage just because of the sake of lack of understanding. Futurity is the most great thing to control people in good faith not bring superiority over others.

Let he/she that has the power to build up lives, be honour to take his life up for increase of intelligence, so as to produce development and maintain peace and unity in every locality on earth. Fear is a stage that called for bravery in a person heart. Remember our minds control the body direction and do to existence its has the fear/brave which at anytime it will be call on to stand for either for bravery nor for fear. All we need have is the faith for what we believed and to the creator who created heaven and earth without discrimination amongst human existence. Human right its time to show concern to matters that concerned human lives moreover human existence . First the act of his crime then his date of repentance by given all he got like the truth for mercy to be prevail and to see the gain for human right existence in the world. All we need is show the world is reasons to repent and stop all things bringing lives in danger( nuclear weapons).
Human right department; we need change of solution to embezzlement in the Cameroon, we all knows justice must be prevailed but we need the funds been stolen in the government to be refund so that its can enable the nation to grown and has a better development strategy using financial support . God almighty Help Cameroon and bless the heart to refund money been stolen in the country. Allah be praise.
Look at yourself or stand and face the mirror, do take a look and ask yourself who am i? what purpose am i to fulfill on earth before i die? what important am i to the lord our GOD for creating me? then wake out of your door and help people and when there said thank you, tell he/she thank you won't take but help three other persons and ask the person to help three others too then your work on earth will have a joyful meaning.
ReplyDeleteThere are many around us that needed our help but we neglect them just for the sake of we do not have the time but you can spent 4 to 5 hour in a drink spot why not use that time to help some one who needed helped at that point in time.
Lets just put this in test when you help a person do not take a thanks but show him appreciation by helping at least three others and ask the three others to help other three and lets see what the world have for us.
We were all born to make success in life and we were created to follow the foot step of our Lord Jesus Christ in his religious He shared amongst the human being on earth. The reason am alive today many knows from the perspective its came from and how its was manifested by my own hands before its came to this point and I'm alive to see and to witness the act of my creation.
What haven't i seen in life what suffering i haven't encounter since growing up till this stage of age. my main priority stands from my believed and what am about to achieve in future even in my death its will become a useful acknowledgement to all and produce faith result in mankind existence.
When you complaints doesn't mean you are weak but searching for the means to create a better stand for justice in life. Its not by power you will always find a solution but by the acknowledgement you put forth will be countable for a judicial ideology for life.
We were created to find out one day where is the place you are destiny to be and where you will find peace and harmony in life. The day for the chance i had been searching is coming and the peace many had been looking for is fast Approaching. While we wait lets put things in prayers for our soldiers at the borders and prayers to the neighboring countries for the fight against Boko Haram. let Our Lord Jesus Christ bless us and see us through Amen

Dans quel but suis-je pour remplir sur terre avant que je meure? ce qui est important suis-je à l'Éternel, notre Dieu pour moi la création? puis se réveiller de votre porte et aider les gens et quand il dit merci, dire qu'il / elle remercie vous ne prendrez pas, mais aider les trois autres personnes et de demander à la personne pour aider les trois autres aussi, alors votre travail sur terre aura un sens joyeux .
Il ya beaucoup de gens autour de nous qui a besoin de notre aide, mais nous les négliger juste pour le plaisir de nous ne pas avoir le temps, mais vous pouvez passé 4 à 5 heures dans un endroit boisson pourquoi ne pas utiliser ce temps pour aider quelqu'un qui avait besoin aidé à ce point dans le temps.
Laisse juste mettre cela à l'épreuve quand vous aidez une personne ne prenez pas une grâce, mais lui montrer son appréciation en aidant au moins trois autres et demander aux trois autres pour aider trois autres et permet de voir ce que le monde ont pour nous.
Nous sommes tous nés pour faire de la réussite dans la vie et nous avons été créés pour suivre l'étape de pied de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ dans sa religieux Il partagée entre l'être humain sur la terre. La raison suis vivant aujourd'hui, beaucoup sait dans la perspective de sa venue et comment son a été manifesté par mes propres mains avant sa venue à ce point et je suis en vie pour voir et pour assister à l'acte de ma création.
Qu'ai-je pas vu dans la vie ce qu'est la souffrance i ai pas rencontré depuis croissante jusqu'à ce stade de l'âge. ma priorité principale tient de mon cru et ce que je suis sur le point d'atteindre à l'avenir, même dans ma mort son deviendra une reconnaissance utile à tous et de produire des résultats de la foi en l'homme l'existence.
Lorsque vous plaintes ne signifie pas que vous êtes faible, mais la recherche des moyens de créer une meilleure position pour la justice dans la vie. Son pas par le pouvoir, vous trouverez toujours une solution, mais par la reconnaissance que vous mettre en avant sera dénombrable pour une idéologie judiciaire pour la vie.
Nous avons été créés pour trouver un jour où est l'endroit où vous êtes le destin d'être et où vous trouverez la paix et l'harmonie dans la vie. Le jour de la chance je cherchais est à venir et la paix beaucoup avaient été à la recherche d'approche à grands pas. Alors que nous attendons permet de mettre les choses dans la prière pour nos soldats aux frontières et des prières dans les pays voisins pour la lutte contre Boko Haram. Please kindly abolish the practice of homosexual than concentrating on
the fathers in Africa. please if you are in the best position to give
roles and orders around kindly send some soldiers to Cameroon, Nigeria
