List of Private Newspapers authorized by government to publish legal notices



Joint Order No 002/MINJUSTICE/MINCOM of 13February 2014 on the designation of national newspapers and daily newspapers authorized to receive legal notices and fixing rates of those legal for the year 2014
The Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals and the Minister of Communication,
Mindful of Decree No 2011/408  of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government;
Mindful of Decree No 2011/410 of December 2011 to form the Government;
Mindful of Decree No 2013/234 of July 18, 2013 to regulate legal and judicial announcements
Order:
Article 1: this Order designates national and daily newspapers authorized to receive legal notice and fixes rates of the said notices for he year 2014.
Article 2: National and daily newspapers hereinafter referred to are authorized to received legal notices for the year 2014.

-The Newspaper “Cameroon Tribune”;
-The Newspaper “Mutation”;
-The Newspaper “Anecdote”;
-The Newspaper “Le Messager”;
-The Newspaper “La Nouvelle Expression”;
-The Newspaper “Cameroon Post”;
-The Newspaper “Le Septentrion”;
-The Newspaper “The Guardian Post”;
-The Newspaper “CFE-Contactmagazine Horizonz”;
-The Newspaper “L’Actu”;
-The Newspaper “Le Jour”;
-The Newspaper “Le Financier d’Afrique”;
-The Newspaper “Kalara”;
-The Newspaper “Le Droit”;
-The NewspaperRepère”;
-The Newspaper “Emergence”;
-The Newspaper “La Méto”;
-The Newspaper “La Nouvelle”;
-The Newspaper “Diapason”;
-The Newspaper “Prospective Nouvelle”;
-The Newspaper “Le Courrier”;
-The Newspaper “Dikalo”;
-The Newspaper “Loeil du Sahel”;

Article 3: The rate of legal notices is fixed at a maximum amount of 100 (one hundred) francs CFA a line.
Article 4: This Order shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and communicated wherever necessary in French and English.
