Dear Mr. President,
THE SG OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE IS A THIEF
Equipped with a falsified order by Judge Fidel MANDENGUE, George GWANMESSIA, Secretary-General for life of the Ministry of Justice, organized the theft at N. F. C. Bank of 1 027 000 000 FCFA, being the capital of ABANE GLOBAL BANK of which I am president of the board of directors. After that act, he blocked an investigation of SED meant to retrieve the stolen money.
For suing him by writ of summons, he ordered the fabrication of complaints and issued a warrant of arrest against me. I am currently in detention at the New-Bell prison for four months now and the High Court is refusing to arrange a date for my hearing or for listening to my request for bail.
As long as I do not rescind my complaint to President BIYA, I would not have a date to defend myself in court! Yes, President BIYA, it is happening in Cameroon!
Your Excellency, I do not understand; Cameroonians do not understand how you hope to succeed to fight corruption when the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Justice is a thief.
Yet the Court is supposed to be the last bastion of justice of the Cameroonian citizen.
Although he is retired for 17 years now, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Justice since 15 years has become a baobab at the MINJUSTICE, and with a clique of adepts has taken Cameroon’s justice hostage. Your ministers fear him more than you.
Nothing illustrates more visibly the decadence in which Cameroon’s justice has been buried than the activities of Procureurs-General of Regions coming from the last supreme council of the magistracy, all of whom were placed by GWANMESSIA.
EMIL ESSOMBE: PROCUREUR GENERAL OF THE SOUTH WEST
This man was appointed Procureur-General on 18 December 2014. The following day, 19 December 2014, he seized a rubber plantation of 650 hectares belonging to the GOLD FLAME INTERNATIONAL Company. He chased away the 20 guards and expelled the 150 managers and their families who were there, and without a right or title entrusted the plantation to his concubine. To protect themselves, they give 5 million FCFA monthly to the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Justice George GWANMESSIA. To this day the Procureur-General ESSOMBE and his agents have already sold and pocketed more than 120 million FCFA paid by the CDC and GMG HEVECAM. In less than one year, EMIL ESSOMBE has become the richest Procureur General in the history of Cameroon!

Here, lawyers protested and the Procureur General was changed.
HAROUNA BAKO: PROCUREUR GENERAL FOR THE WEST REGION
The transfer of HAROUNA BAKO after his scandalous passage in the Littoral is clear proof that Procureurs General of Regions are appointed without any prior enquiry made on their morals.
Involved in the traffic of 400 pieces of ivory confiscated in Edea, it is the same BAKO who had given orders to the Douala-based bailiff NDITCHOUT Alice to go and lie at BEAC that Prince ABI ENONCHONG asked them to deposit 191 000 000 FCFA and to later hide the report.
What was the interest of HAROUNA BAKO in reinstalling a clandestine bomb dealer in a villa at Bonapriso, in violation of two decisions of the Littoral Appeal Court?
Given his action, the discovery that he does not only originate from the same Region in Nigeria as ABUBAKAR SHEKAU (Leader of Boko Haram) and that he is the head of a radical Islamic secret sect implies that it is not impossible that he is one of the leaders of the 5th column of Boko Haram in Cameroon. All the bombs attributed to Boko Haram do not only come from Nigeria!
Honestly, Your Excellency, is this the kind of person that you must impose and preserve in the post of Procureur General in Cameroon?
THE JUDICIAL SITUATION IN DOUALA
The judicial situation in Douala, the biggest town in Cameroon, is a shame not only to Cameroon’s justice system but to the national security as well.
Here, an American called REBECCA controls the Department of Public prosecutions and the OPJs thanks to the influence she has over the SG of MINJUSTICE George GWANMESSIA.
The D. S. P. is fully aware, but has done nothing!
Considering that the said REBECCA has attempted to kill President Biya and had been arrested by the then CENER, Jean FOCHIVE should be moving in his grave in the face of the lightness of your security services.
“Distant and mysterious are the circumstances surrounding the woman who attempted to assassinate Paul BIYA and Eric NYATT, son of your constitutional successor; as distant and mysterious as the ways of God…or perhaps…of the devil.”
NO WHERE TO COMPLAIN
Your Excellency, is it with this team of legal criminals that you hope to fight corruption?
Cameroonians are fed up with impunity perpetrated by thieves who are hiding behind legal titles, especially Procureurs General of Regions.
We no longer know where to go and complain. They have put in place networks which block every complaint against their cabal. In my case, the Secretariat of Minister Laurent Esso even refuses to accept my complaints. I have become the enemy of justice for having opposed the theft of my money by a magistrate! I am a victim of all sorts of injustice perpetrated by magistrates especially in Douala, all aimed at confirming their faithfulness to the Secretary-General.
THE GREAT DANGER
Having stolen the money of citizens and the state, S. G. GWANMESSIA and his band are afraid that they could end up in Kondengui. It is therefore not inconceivable that they work with your enemies in prison in Yaounde to strip you of your powers and throw you, Paul Biya, into Kondengui.
The blockage of investigations into the accusations of persons aiming to bring down your regime – investigations blocked by the selfsame Secretary-General George GWANMESSIA – is indicative of that. The details are in the complaint which they want me to rescind in exchange for my liberty.
WHAT I WANT
Mr. President of the Republic, I am asking for my freedom, but before and more importantly that my freedom put an end to the impunity of thieves, criminals who are hiding behind legal titles.
Taking into consideration the foregoing, is there any reason why Secretary-General GWANMESSIA, Procureur General Emile ESSOMBE and Procureur General Harouna BAKO should not be arrested and sent to Kondengui?
Mr. President of the Republic if ministers can go to prison what more of Procureurs? Show an example and you will see that it will restore the dignity and credibility of Cameroon’s justice system. The majority of magistrates too are fed up; they will support you!
Within the framework of this operation, it is necessary that people like me, Prince Charles ABI ENONCHONG, be appointed
SENIOR COUNSEL FOR NATIONAL SECURITY.
Your Excellency, I am shouting for all Cameroonians. In the timetable of every regime, there is time to act.
The Cameroonian people are waiting for your reaction.
We who are unjustly incarcerated in the New-Bell prison are praying for you.
