Richard Kings glows in new solo album

Cameroon’s multifaceted artist known for his deep-rooted cultural awareness, Richard Kings has released another blockbuster album titled “light Shine”.

                The multi-talented song composer/singer and guitarist announced the four-track album (LITTLE LIGHT SHINE, EXISTENTIEL, LUCRESSE, TERRE CHERIE) on his facebook page on August 25, 2016. The Album is produced by another household name, ROMEO DIKA.

                The album that comes 10 years after the last in 2006, promises to be another “collection that will get all lovers of music singing and dancing,” speculates Wirba Pascal, a fan of Richard Kings.

In a recent interview Richard Kings explained that he has not released an album for over 10 years, because he has been concentrating more on life performances and doing duos and singles than coming up with a full album”.

                “The dynamics of world music are such that business is done when investment and talent come together. So I had to learn the art of doing music business before finalizing work on a new album that would be produced in Germany. So, sooner than later you will hear from Richard Kings,” pledged the star artiste in the interview.

                Born in December 6, 1974, Richard Kings now has three albums to his credit. The first one titled Melody Agora was released in 2003 while the second titled Triple Heritage hit the market in 2006. Thereafter, he also released a single.

                Richard Kings sings in Lamnso, English, French, and Italian. In addition, he speaks German and Pidgin English.
