Moma Ignatius takes over as Meme MINEPAT Delegate

Moma Anyere Ignatius is the New Meme Divisional Delegate of MINEPAT
The new Meme Divisional Delegate of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, MINEPAT has promised to bring far-reaching transformations in the Division through the proper follow-up of the execution of public investment projects. Moma Anyere Ignatius made the pledge on Friday 16 March 2018 few days after taking over office. 
            He said his plans for Meme can only be achieve through effective collaboration by all the stakeholders of the MINEPAT family in the Division.
            “I believe so much in teamwork and collaboration because these are the ways through which we can bring much-needed development projects that can transform the Division and put it on the path of the Head of State’s 2035 emergence drive,” Moma Anyere said.
            Quizzed on his immediate plan of action, he said he will swing into urgent action as there is no time to waste especially as there are many unfinished projects left by his predecessor.
            “This week I will pay courtesy visits to the councils under my jurisdiction beginning with the Government Delegate to the Kumba city council, the Mayors of Kumba I, II and III and subsequently the Konye and Mbonge councils,” Anyere announced.

            Asked to site the hot files needing his immediate attention, the holder of a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Yaounde noted that all government files are hot because the objective is to achieve the goals for which he was sent to the Division.
            Moma Ignatius promised to bring his rich experience at the ministry and his knowledge from courses he did in China and Paris to bear on the problems invited in his job by municipal authorities and contractors, most of whom refuse to respect project specifications and deadlines. He promised to bring everyone on board as far as the follow-up of projects is concerned.
            Moma Ignatius who considers his appointment as appreciation from his Minister for a job well done while at the Ministry, promised to spare no one who tries to compromise the development of the Division. He said he would furnish the SDO with regular reports of problems encountered in the field for immediate action to be taken.
            Appointed on 26 February 2018, the former Chief of Service for the Western Borders at the Ministry of Economy in Yaounde takes over from Godlove Buinda Nsakabo, who has been promoted as SW Regional Delegate of MINEPAT.
