Fake CPDM party cards on sale in K’ba

The president of CPDM Meme 1A section, Prince Ekale Mukete has decried in very vexatious terms the sale of counterfeit CPDM party cards in Meme Division, especially in the Kumba metropolis.
    Prince Ekale who is also the former mayor of  the Kumba I council says the illegal sale of the CPDM party cards of doubtful quality and origin has assumed unacceptable proportions and fears that it could create serious problems and confusion for the party in Meme during the reorganization of basic organs of the party.
    Prince Ekale Mukete notes further that the parallel sale of party cards by some misguided CPDM followers is in violation of the instructions of the CPDM Central Committeee Scribe, Jean Kuete, that state clearly and inter alia that “only section presidents shall distribute party cards and no one else.”

    Though Ekale was yet unable to trace the source of the fake cards, he however speculated that the cards might have been produced in Mutengene, the town noted for producing replicas of every thing including bank notes.
    Prince Ekale’s alarm could just serve as a clarion call to officials at the CPDM party secretariat in Yaounde to watch against such malpractice which might be taking place in other sections of the party in the country.
        While promising to open investigations to trace and track down the producers and sellers of fake party cards in Kumba, Prince Ekale has advised CPDM supporters in Kumba to obtain their party cards only from the party secretariat, and to shun the fake cards that have flooded the town of Kumba, especially Kumba 111.
Despite the parallel sale of cards in and around Kumba Prince Ekale however revealed that over 1000 cards have so far been officially sold and that this has brought about FCFA 5m into the party coffers.
