Abdouraman accused of usurping title

Abdouraman Hamadou has been accused of usurping the title of President of Etoile Filante of Garoua.
Abdoulaye Hamadou the President of Etoile Filante of Garoua argues that the September 2014 general assembly saw the election of different officials which means Abdouraman Hamadou is not president of Etoile Filante of Garoua.
To substantiate his arguments he presented the licenses of the officials and players affiliated to the regional championship.
Hamadou Abdoulaye declared that there is only one president and one Etoile Filante of Garoua based in the regional town of Garoua, a club duly registered in regional championship.

Abdouraman Hamadou acting as President of Etoile Filante of Garoua wrote to the Court of Arbitration for Sports to indicate that Tombi A Roko Sidiki is illegally occupying the post of president at the Fecafoot.
In reaction, Hamdou Abdoulaye, President of Etoile Filante of Garoua also wrote to draw the attention of the court president Fabien Cagneux that the legitimate Etoile Filante of Garoua and its president did not file any case against Fecafoot.
It should be noted that before the advent of normalisation,Abdouraman was the president of Etoile Filante of Garoua and he contested the circumstances with which the 2014 elections were conducted for Abdoulaye Hamadou to take over.
