2017 U-20 AFCON:

Cameroon pooled with Senegal, Sudan and S. Africa

The draw of the competition took place Monday October 24, 2016. Cameroon is in group B alongside Senegal, South Africa, and Sudan.

                A weak group given the junior lions in the Knockout stages according to some football analysts but the final stage of the competition is another reality especially as coach AshuBessong should be without some key players caught up by the age limit.

                The semi-finalists will qualify directly for the world cup in that category to be held in the Republic of Korea

Group A: Zambia, Guinea, Egypt and Mali

Group B: Senegal, Sudan, Cameroon and South Africa

The 2017 Under 20 Africa Cup of Nation will take place in Zambia from 26 February to 12 March 2017.
