Hon. Mbanya Bolivie donates to K’ba schools

In keeping with his election campaign promises to enhance and encourage the education  of young Cameroonians, the SDF MP for Kumba central constituency, Hon. Mbanya Bolivie, Wednesday 7 September 2016 donated 50 modern desks and other didactic materials to Presbyterian comprehensive High School PCHS Fiango, Kumba II Subdivision.
                Hon. Mbanya who was accompanied to PCHS by a bloated SDF delegation said, the donations were in keeping with his campaign promise to enhance and encourage the education of young Cameroonians who are the future leaders of the society.  He noted that if Cameroon was to emerge in the year 2035, the youth must be equipped with the necessary tools to enable them acquire good education and contribute in accelerating the emergence.
                Hon. Mbanya informed the PCHS authorities that the benches and the other didactic materials are the fall out of his micro project grants and that the adhoc micro project committee was instrumental in the selection and distribution exercise.

                Before visiting PCHS, the MP also completed the roofing of six classrooms in GS group four Kosala whose roof was blown off by a violent storm in 2014. 
                While encouraging the principal and staff of PCHS Fiango for their untiring efforts in educating young Cameroonians, Hon. Mbanya said his doors and ears are always open to entertain further requests. The MP also pledged to award scholarships in the form of school fees to the first five students in each class of the school.
                Reacting to the wonderful gesture, the principal of PCHS, Penda Nasako said the institution provides holistic education to all Cameroonian youth, irrespective of their political leaning or denomination.

                Thanking the MP for the gesture which he described as invaluable and opportune, he promised to put the desks and the other didactic materials to appropriate use.
