NOTICE is hereby given to DIANGHA COMFORT TANG, that pursuant to the ruling of the high court of Boyo division, holden in Fundong in suit NO: HCMB/18MC2018, before his lordship justice Pemamboh Emmanuel Ngongwashi, substitute service was dully ordered on the 8th day of March 2018.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that hearing in suit NO: HCBO/18MC/2017 BETWEEN NGAM HYACINTH YIBEH AND DIANGHA COMFORT TANG will be coming up for hearing before his lordship justice Pemamboh Emmanuel Ngongwashi of the high court of Boyo, on the 22 of March 2018 at 9.00 O’clock in the fore room.
