Cameroonian international Salli Edgar and his club FC
Nuremberg has been promoted to the Bundesliga for the coming football season.
They
picked their ticket to the elite championship in Germany by beating Sandhausen
2 goals to zero last week. The match counted for the 33rd day of play in the
second tier of the German Bundesliga. The last business now for the club is
making sure they finish as champions of the league.
After 33
days of play so far, the Cameroonian international has scored 22 goals for his
club, playing 16 times this season. Last January 26 against Union Berlin, the
player found the back of the net and was given a straight red card during that
game.
