CPDM K’ba I Council List Leader Dies

The head of the Cameroon Peoples Democratic Movement, CPDM party list for the 9 February 2020 municipal elections has been reported death. Mwelle Kunz Mbai died this Sunday 15 December 2019 at the Buea regional hospital.
    KUNZ, who emerged alternate to Senator Otte Mofa Andrew during the 2018 senatorial elections is said to have died after protracted illness. KUNZ is said to have been seen yesterday at the Buea Independence Square in the car of a relative, Gregory Mewanu, during the burial of the Late Mayor of Buea, Patrick Ekema Esunge.

    The renowned school administrator was former principal of CCAS and GBHS Kumba, Lycée Bilingue d'Application in Yaounde and many other schools in the country. His demise comes barely four months into his well-deserved retirement. The diehard CPDM militant is said to have beaten other politicians to head the CPDM council list thanks to track record and expertise in school management. His is on record to have produce the best O/A level results ever in CCAS Kumba. Kunz has equally gotten many state distinctions from his meritorious services to the nation.
    Kunz leaves behind many children, wife, family, colleagues, former students and militants of the CPDM party to mourn him. It is still not clear who will then head the CPDM list in Kumba I following his demise.
